I requested a room on the west side of the building on the second floor and they delivered. The room was clean and comfortable, and most important to me dark and quiet. I usually stay there when I am in the area visiting in the summer.

The night & day staff were exceptional. They were very helpful & had a welcoming manner which we really appreciated. Handy facilities - laundry, breakfast, park near room, inside room access, quiet location, handy access to restaurants. We loved our stay here!

Quiet residential location, close to Dunkin' donuts and a Dollar general for last minute needs. Close to the highway to get to the state parks that we wanted. Friendly staff, and a great deal overall. Clean enough, staff easygoing, no wait.

Room was cleaner than several more expensive hotels that I have stayed in, in the Syracuse area- VERY PLEASANTLY SURPRISED. Breakfast was not appealing but the coffee was great

We have stayed here many times because we have family nearby. The hotel is making an effort to improve things but it still has a way to go!
